Common questions
Do I have to take all of these services together?
No. Most clients start with one, usually the Odoo implementation or the CFO work. The others exist because the same problems keep turning up next to each other, not because they are bundled.
Who actually does the work?
The people who scope it stay on it. Ooda Consulting is a small Sydney team that maps your workflow, configures Odoo and supports it afterwards, working with a dedicated senior developer who does the build. You deal with the same people from scoping through to go-live.
What size business does Ooda work with?
Australian SMEs turning over roughly $5m to $100m. Below that, Odoo is usually more system than the business needs. Above it, the requirements may change enough that we would say so.
