We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in your enquiry.
When you become a client. Business contact details, billing details, and information needed to deliver the engagement.
When you raise a support ticket. Your contact details and the content of the ticket, including any files or screenshots you attach.
When you book a consultation. Name, email, phone, and your selected time.
When you use our website. IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site, collected through cookies and analytics tools. This is aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you personally.
Client system data. Where we implement or support an ERP system, we may access personal information held in your systems, including your own customer and employee records. We access it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not use it for any other purpose.

How we store and protect it
We store personal information in cloud-based business systems protected by access controls, encryption in transit, and authentication requirements. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their job.
No system is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as required by law. Financial records are kept for seven years as required by the Australian Taxation Office. We destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.
Direct marketing
If we send you marketing material, every message includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email us to opt out at any time.

Accessing and correcting your information

with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and respond within 30 days.
