LOOP terms of service

OODA Consulting Pty Ltd. Effective 21 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to LOOP, a content service provided by OODA Consulting Pty Ltd ("OODA", "we", "us"). By signing up and paying, you ("you", "the customer") agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The service

LOOP researches search and AI-answer opportunities for your website, drafts articles with frequently asked questions and structured data, and reports monthly on Google rankings and AI-answer citations. Drafts are prepared with the assistance of AI and checked by our team. Nothing is published to your website without approval.

3. Plans and pricing

LOOP is sold as Basic, Pro and Scale plans. Each plan includes a set number of articles and audience personas per month, shown on the LOOP page at the time you sign up. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless shown otherwise. GST is added to every invoice.

Unused articles do not carry over to the next month.

4. Payment and renewal

  • You pay in advance for each monthly or yearly period.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the current price for your plan, until you cancel.
  • Your card is stored securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not hold your card details.
  • If a payment fails, we will contact you. If it is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause the service until it is.
  • We will give you at least 30 days notice by email of any price change. The new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Changing plans

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period. No refund is given for the period already paid.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing admin@ooda.net.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the service continues until then. We do not refund part periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your business, including any author names, qualifications, certifications and client names you want included. We only use what you supply and never invent credentials.
  • Make sure you have the right to any material you give us, such as text, images and logos.
  • Review each draft before you approve or publish it. You are responsible for content published on your website, including its accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations that apply to your industry.
  • Keep your login to the LOOP portal secure.

8. Results

Search engines and AI answer engines decide their own rankings and citations and change them without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or business outcome.

9. Ownership of content

Once paid for, articles you approve are yours to use, edit and publish as you choose. OODA keeps ownership of its software, methods, prompts and templates. We may describe our work for you in general terms, without naming you, unless you agree otherwise.

10. Privacy and confidentiality

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. To provide LOOP we use third-party services, including AI model providers, search data providers and Stripe. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide the service.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to LOOP is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

13. Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend or end the service if you do not pay, breach these terms, or ask us to produce content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights. If we end the service for a reason other than your breach, we will refund any amount paid for the period not yet delivered.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
