Thor’s Hammer came to us with a clear vision but some familiar pain points: disconnected systems, duplicate data, and too much manual work. We implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution, carefully adapted to suit Thor’s business from raw intake to final dispatch.

- Dynamic product creation based on timber attributes (species, dimensions, finish)
- Real-time volume tracking and automated SKUs for every processed pack
- Custom purchase receipt process to handle recycled timber intake, QA, and cost allocation
- Job name visibility across all modules, linking sales, manufacturing, and inventory
- Integrated landed cost logic for labor and logistics
- Clear internal workflow diagrams, training guides, and user dashboards
The Result
The implementation has unified the team’s data, slashed manual double-handling, and made manufacturing visible in real-time. Sales, production, and finance are now talking to each other, through Odoo.
